At Bayport CrossFit we cater toward the every day person looking to get in great shape. No matter your age, fitness level, or previous experience you will be welcomed with open arms. Our professional coaching staff will modify any movements for you as needed and never push you to do anything your not comfortable doing.

Crossfit Program

Our Crossfit program is designed for the average person looking to get fast results. We offer a new workout everyday in a 1hour structured class led by one of our expert coaches. We will teach you all the movements and make sure you get the most out of your hour. We believe in positive encouragement and making our routine fun. After each of your workouts you will log your results int our gym app so we could keep track of your results and keep checking in to see if your are making progress. We also offer Nutrition counseling to help you optimize your results. With our state of the art body scanner we will be able to get your body composition on day one so we can have a baseline to compare down the line. This will give us proven data that our program is working and give you the confidence and motivation you’ll need to keep moving forward. One of the best parts of our gym is the amazing community. It can be hard to achieve results on your own, but when you have a supportive community of people trying to achieve the same thing it makes it much easier to do.

3D Body Scanning

Our Non-invasive Body Scanner takes only 35 seconds to precisely scan and measure your body and once it’s complete, it only takes 40 seconds to process your results.

It’s completely autonomous and private. Scan in any tight fitting clothing such as leggings or undergarments. Our facility has a beautiful, clean and private room used exclusively for scanning.

We use the Styku 3D Body Scanner. Styku is the only 3D body scanner of its kind.

See it. Weight scales often mislead you into thinking you’re not making progress. Nothing is more illustrative and more motivating then to actually see your body transform.

Believe it. Analyze Hundreds of Body Measurements. Extract measurements like your waist, hip, thigh, and more with less than 1%error.

Personal Training

Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically for your current fitness level. Our Coaches will track your progress over the course of your sessions.

We recommend you take advantage of at least one Personal Training session per week along with your Group Classes to ensure maximum results.


It is often said that your fitness level is 20% your activity and 80% the things you put in your mouth. And we don’t disagree. To help you really understand the power of nutrition in your quest to get healthier, we offer both 1-on-1 and Group Nutrition Services.
