At Bayport CrossFit we cater toward the every day person looking to get in great shape. No matter your age, fitness level, or previous experience you will be welcomed with open arms. Our professional coaching staff will modify any movements for you as needed and never push you to do anything you’re not comfortable doing.
Our Crossfit program is designed for the average person looking to get amazing results in a quick amount of time. We offer a different workout every day in a one hour, structured class led by one of our certified coaches. We will teach you all the movements and suggest modifications for them, if necessary, to make sure you get the most out of your hour.
We believe in positive encouragement and making our routine fun. After each of your workouts, you will log your results into our gym app in order to track your results and measure your progress.
One of the best parts of our gym is the amazing community. It can be hard to achieve results on your own, but when you have a supportive community of people trying to achieve the same thing, it makes it much easier to do.
With our state of the art body scanner we will be able to get your body composition on day one so we will have a baseline to compare down the line. This will give us proven data that our program is working and gives you the confidence and motivation you’ll need to keep moving forward.
Our Non-invasive Body Scanner takes only 35 seconds to precisely scan and measure your body and once it’s complete, it only takes 40 seconds to process your results.
It’s completely autonomous and private. Scan in any tight fitting clothing such as leggings or undergarments. Our facility has a beautiful, clean and private room used exclusively for scanning.
We use the Styku 3D Body Scanner. Styku is the only 3D body scanner of its kind.

Effort is different for everyone and so Myzone allows you to earn MEPS, Myzone Effort Points, which are tailored to how hard your heart is working, not your fitness level.
Tracking your MEPS in real time is always easy whether inside our gym on the TV or outside on a run with the use of the app. The app allows you to connect with others and compete with yourself.
