Our 50+ Strength & Longevity program is designed for adults who want to stay strong, mobile, and confident as they age.

Each class focuses on safe, effective strength training, balance, and mobility to support everyday life—while training alongside a supportive community of peers.

No CrossFit experience is required. Every workout is fully coached, scalable, and tailored to your ability level. This program isn’t about pushing limits—it’s about building a strong, capable body and enjoying the process together.
