Our free One-on-One Fitness Assessment gives you the CrossFit experience in a comfortable setting. The goal is to teach you proper form in a personal setting and evaluate and fix any flaws in your technique. After your consult, we will have a much better idea on the best path for you to meet your goals.

For the first timer. We will discuss your goals as well as any concerns or limitations you may have. We will then conduct an evaluation of your fitness and follow that with a brief workout. Wear comfortable clothing, sneakers and water.
For returning clients who have completed Session 1 and have a current membership. This session will consist of learning skills and working on strength along with a brief workout.
The last session of the fitness assessments. For clients who have completed sessions 1 and 2 and have a current membership. This session will cover more skills and strength and will finish with a workout.
